I came to see Elena today with general joint pain from hypermobility, as well as a lingering shoulder injury that had been giving me trouble. She immediately picked up on the areas of tension in my body and worked on them with great attention and care, and has also given me some great advice on what to look out for in the future. I left the session feeling much lighter and relaxed, and overall I’ve already noticed a difference! I’ll definitely be back in the future, thank you Elena!
