I've not had many good waxing experiences. I booked Elena when my previous appointment was cancelled last minute. I've haven't looked back since, I explained my previous experiences with Elena and she was incredibly reassuring and put my mind at ease straight away. My appointment went great and was practically pain-free and more importantly, she's just one of the most kind people I've ever met. Definitely will be a regular customer. Such a great experience
