I have been to this salon several times now and really love it. Everyone is friendly, the salon is relaxing and not hectic like some other salons and I have been so pleased with my haircut / colour each time. I even convinced my boyfriend to make an appointment and he had the best haircut he has ever had thanks to Ben. Definitely two happy customers that will keep coming back.

Very frosty reception on arrival.
Meet by hairdresser who spoke very little English .
Which made describing what I wanted difficult it took 10 mins to tell her I wanted my hair washed. Only for the reception staff to have to explain again to her, I wanted my hair washed. She also stated she was on work experience so not even sure she was a qualified hair dresser.
I would be extremely concerned if I was to get my hair cut here. I would worry she did not understand what I wanted. I asked for my hair to be blow dried with volume and she blow dried it flat. The appointment in total took 1hr 40 mins so I was late for my appointments afterwards and I was left feeling disappointed at the whole experience.
I would not recommend this salon.
