The lady at the front desk was a bit rude but the rest of the staff were really lovely.
Lovely people- very attentive. Only negative was my blow dry took a lot longer than the indicated 45 minutes. However that’s my fault for having lots of hair :)
I love the staffs at 11 hair salon it makes me feel like home . I always come to book my appointment with Roberto he does amazing job.
My first visit was great! I asked for a lovely bouncy blow dry from Chloe as I have very long thick Asian hair and I was so amazed by Chloe’s results! And it lasted for days! Very happy client! I got lots of compliments
The best hair salon I have ever been too! The staff are so lovely and professional! I left feeling so happy and positive! Chloe was so amazing and so friendly I really enjoyed getting my hair done there! Next appointment already scheduled!
