Russell was a miracle worker. I consider my hair difficult to manage. He was able to style it beautifully. My husband and I had afternoon tea at the Ritz, and I looked fabulous. I wish I could attach a photo.

Russell has been looking after my hair for probably 20 years - I get compliments for my hair regularly. He's a brilliant colourist and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
