I am so glad I was recommended Eleven as from the moment I arrive / when I leave, such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I have never felt comfortable going to the hairdressers due to having a form of alopecia. Since coming to Eleven, I feel at ease and I do not think about my alopecia being exposed /visible. Great hairdressers in Central London and highly recommend anyone going here 🙂
