Very disappointed with our couples massage. We booked this for our 3rd wedding anniversary and even called ahead to mention the occasion, but it wasn’t acknowledged. The welcome felt cold, we were repeatedly rushed while getting ready, and the massage itself felt hurried and lacked attention to our needs. My request to focus on a specific area was ignored, and I was told there wasn’t enough time. We left feeling disappointed and no better physically.
