We were early and there was just a child at the front desk so we had to stand outside and wait, would never happen at Rossmore. The staff were ok, the couples room was dated could have been better but the massages were ok. Wouldn’t go back.

I have always been satisfied with the treatment but this time, it was not that great. The therapist was very nice person but the treatment wasn’t good. And the towel smells previous person’s sweat?Also No stone massage, no tea etc.... however as staffs are nice and I had very good treatments with good therapists in the past, I would recommend the place.
