the receptionist is pretty unfriendly and not welcoming. the treatment rooms aren't the most cosy and quite cold. the music is on constant repeat and not really relaxing. the massage itself was good but for a real relaxing experience you need the whole thing

Therapist was wonderful, kind and very capable. My body got so much lighter after the treatment. And served tea was also delicious
