I’m not one to ever leave a bad review but on this occasion I have no choice I walked into the hairdresser part of the shop and it seemed very busy and was decorated well.
the waxing lady came over and took me to the treatment room it was a small room with a treatment bed my first impression of the treatment room wasn’t too great as the bed had clearly stained towels on it I didn’t mind this to much as they had the paper towels laid over the lady begin to talk to me about my treatment I think there was a miscommunication because she thought I’d wanted wax strips, I explained I had paid for hot wax she told me she wasn’t the lady who did there hot wax and that I’d have to wait at this point alarm bells starting ringing in my head but stupidly I didn’t act on them.
A little while later another woman walked in with the hot wax like the other lady she was nice and polite but as soon as she began applying the wax I could tell she wasn’t to comfortable with what she was doing, it was quite easy the worse wax I’ve ever had once she was finished I left the shop immediately but once I got home I could see the full slack job she carried out my I’m inner leg is red and sore from where she possibly burnt me I am still covered in wax but since I am also sore I can’t get the wax off.
overall I have to say even though the ladies where nice I would have rather someone had told me they weren’t comfortable with hot waxing instead of just making a mess and ripping wax from my skin
