Had a luxury pedicure which was done well. I had booked for a specific beautician and even called up a few hours before to confirm it would be her, but on arrival I was given someone else as she couldn’t do it. That was slightly annoying but on the whole it was fine. The chairs aren’t very comfortable, so that’s one to bare in mind also
