First time visiting this venue, I was there a few minutes early in preparation for my appointment , unfortunately the lady before me had arrived late so I had to wait a little bit but the hairdresser was very apologetic and didn't take long after to attend to me. The only thing I would say is she may need an extra staff member so that the appointments aren't rushed. She gave me a lovely box of chocolates and also a lovely haircut.

Elisha is such a lovely lady, very warm and friendly. I had a microdermabrasion, and she insisted on the areas where my skin needs more attention, without me prompting her. She finished the facial with a very relaxing head and neck massage, and even gave me chocolates for new year :) will come back!
