Elisha was very welcoming and very friendly. She was attentive: making sure I was warm enough and asking if I would like a drink of water. She also gave me some chocolates upon leaving to wish me a happy new year! My only criticism is that the treatment room is very cosy and the water used during the facial was tepid. For the money, though, I couldn't really complain. However, for a more thorough deep cleansing facial I would probably look elsewhere. I still have quite a few blackheads/impurities.
