Everything was fine until it came to painting my nails - the polish was not very neat and I had to ask for it to be tidied. After arriving home one of my nails has rubbed off - I was sent home with nails that had not dried properly. The lady suggested using a hair dryer to dry my toenails at one point which I found a bit strange and then suggested I should have worn flip flops (why not invest in a nail dryer). I think the staff would benefit from more training. I would return for a different service because the staff are nice.

The therapist Safi was lovely, however the pedicure was not done to a good standard. The application of nail polish alone was very poor, nail filing was also poor. I won’t be going back again £40 gone to waste!

My therapist was actually called Safi, not Azra, but she was very professional, friendly and gave me lots of tips on how to keep my feet at their best. The place is very clean, bright and all the staff I met there seemed very friendly. I'll definitely be going back!
