I turned up for my appointment, which I had driven for half an hour to get to, to be told they forgot to check the online bookings and didn't know I was coming. The hairdresser had gone home. Don't book online with them! Make sure you ring!

The elite clinic in Rotherham is a real pleasure to attend from first walking in through the door till leaving, you are made so welcome Azara is very very good at her job and i would recommend her definitely her pedicures are to die for, my feet were terrible when i started going and would not wear flip flops but now i have never got them off, i have had waxing which again was very good. I would recommend this place highly
