I arrived at the salon an hour early for my appointment last Saturday and asked the owner if any earlier slots were available. She informed me she had other clients until my scheduled time, so I agreed to wait upstairs. When I returned for my appointment, the owner asked me to come back 2.5 hours later because she had accepted additional clients who weren’t on her schedule when I checked. I had paid for the appointment through Treatwell and am now waiting for a refund.
