Very welcoming lady, made me feel comfortable and at ease as I hadn’t had a wax in 4 years so was nervous, my only reason for the missing star was I felt the curtains didn’t give much privacy when having a wax and felt on edge with people sitting in the waiting area, apart from that she was a very professional lady who pays attention to detail.
