I was quite disappointed with my facial today. It was not relaxing at all. Whilst I was there having my facial, Zubaida was on the phone numerous amounts of time. I understand she is on her own but I am paying for service and want to feel relaxed.

They cancelled my appointment on the day. I was unable to reschedule as I don’t live in the area and had work the next day. So they said they would give me a refund back and one week later I still have not received back my money
