Deep Tissue Massage
I was kept waiting outside as the doorbell wasn't working (I was let in after phoning), and kept waiting in the treatment room for a further 10 minutes, although I think the therapist spent longer with me overall. She was very friendly and talked about my needs and treatment, checking I was warm enough throughout. A child living in the house came into the room a few times! Great value for money and will probably visit monthly as suggested.
Classic Facials
I couldn't really fault the actually treatment. It was just what I needed after a long week at work.
However during the treatment there was a knock on the door and she had to leave the room, which is reasonable as there were kids in the house. After there were calls from clients who were unable to find there way. She took the call and apologised. Again not great but reasonable. It was on the following call when she put the call on loud speaker and spoke to a client that I thought that this was unacceptable.
