Massage itself was nice and staff friendly but appeared too many appointments had been crammed in to the day. My appointment was 30 mins late, room not set up and music equipment didn't work so not the most relaxing environment with children and traffic loudly in the background
The staff were amazing, very professional, very kind, couldn't be nicer.
The salon is set up in the owners home, and is well kitted out. I would recommend massages, and all other treatments there, however I would leave the full body scrub until the shower has been fixed. Although I was sponged down, I still left with lots of grit in places I couldn't reach in public. This is the only fault I could give. I managed to re-book for another treatment here (massage and facial) and I can honestly say it was fab.
