The therapist who gave me my facial was lovely and kind but there were things that didn’t sit right with me. Multiple times throughout my facial she took phone calls on speaker phone. Midway through the facial another client turned up and she made me switch therapy beds so she could wax her. I was just left with a mask on my face for 20 minutes in the other room. Would recommend for waxing but not so facials, as I didn’t come out relaxed or pampered really
