The massage was good but unfortunately the lady kept talking about personal life when I just wanted to relax! The room was cold and she couldn’t warm it up. Infact blamed me for not feeling well when I said it was cold. She was on the phone a lot and started late due to personal phone calls. The environment is dark and dingy definitely not for someone who was to relax and take their mind off things!

Talks on phone constantly with no apologies. Tended to another client whilst working on me, which is fine but didn't wash hands in-between. Hands smelt. No ventilation, shabby, in a basement and have to walk past a barbers. Had a lash lift,solution was stinging eyes, was told this is normal. Tint has stained around my eyes and wont wash off. awful experience. You really do get what you pay for. I should've just waited for my normal therapist instead of booking here.
