She did not turn up at the salon for the booking. When I called her, the phone rang out. She did not try to contact me to let me know that she would not be able to make the appointment

I went to my appointment and was told by the salon that shes on holiday and
not back until Monday I’ve wasted the day and travel money going to this appointment.

Turned up a little early for my appointment and they wasn’t there waited until the time of my appointment and called her to be told she is on holiday and cannot access her diary so didn’t know appointment was booked!!! Not the best, refund please
