Talks on phone constantly with no apologies. Tended to another client whilst working on me, which is fine but didn't wash hands in-between. Hands smelt. No ventilation, shabby, in a basement and have to walk past a barbers. Had a lash lift,solution was stinging eyes, was told this is normal. Tint has stained around my eyes and wont wash off. awful experience. You really do get what you pay for. I should've just waited for my normal therapist instead of booking here.

Never did cellulite treatment and Zubaida was amazing,she did presso therapy and after massage.I will highly recommend.

The therapist talked on the phone for the duration of the massage. I had paid for my sister to have a facial and a massage. The therapist refused to do the facial and gave an unprofessional massage. Not happy and not what I paid for. Never again.
