I am very disappointed with my experience today.I arrived at my appointment and had to wait 20minutes before being attended to. When I finally got attended to she asked me if I can come tomorrow because she had already done two massages and it would be to much for her to do anymore. I was a bit confused because why wasn’t it cancelled or why didn’t she call me. She said it was my fault that I didn’t call her first and that she had to put her clients that booked directed with her first. Very sad

I have been to Zubaida a few times but this was really not the best of experiences. Zubaida had a health scare so I will excuse some of the issues around rescheduling appointments and delays however… the actual wax wasn’t as good as it usually is. The wax was really painful and I had burning a throbbing for some time afterwards. Usually she always uses hot wax but instead used strip wax which was very painful. I know Zubaida usually does very good waxes but this really wasn’t a good experience
