I am very disappointed as I have been coming here for a while last time I booked various treatments & prepaid 40+£ and as I had an emergency I texted saying I couldn’t make it to the app. I thought she would maybe reschedule for me but I actually lost the money & had to pay again to book again which is very upsetting considered I have been coming for months but I decided I let it go because in the end it was my fault. When then I arrived to my next appointment and I had to wait 40 min past my appointment time before being seen and considering every time I came I always had to wait between 10 to 15 minute plus the first time I came I actually waited over 20 minutes because the lady was doing stuff around the the house, cooking etc which I honestly found rude but since the place is 5 min away from my house I decided to let it go and keep coming but after this episode Losing 40£ and also had to wait so long making me be late for my bday party I think it very bad customer service; because if it’s fair she keeps the money after I couldn’t make it once after many times I’ve come then I should be refunded for having to wait 40 minutes over my appointment time and ever time about 15-20 while she does stuff around the house..it shouldn’t be one sided.
Also if you have a loyal customer coming every month spending money and doing several treatments I was honestly expecting her to give me at least a discount or one free treatment but she didn’t mention anything as I don’t like confronting people I let it go.
I just think I won’t go anymore.
The lady is very friendly but if you make people wait every time because you are cooking or doing other stuff while you have an appointment and then when I can’t make it take my money it’s not good service.
