I went to my appointment and was told by the salon that shes on holiday and
not back until Monday I’ve wasted the day and travel money going to this appointment.

Turned up a little early for my appointment and they wasn’t there waited until the time of my appointment and called her to be told she is on holiday and cannot access her diary so didn’t know appointment was booked!!! Not the best, refund please

I turnt up to my appointment however no one was there, door was locked and I was not informed prior.
Would of been fine to cancel had I received a phone call I could of booked somewhere else however that was not the case and everywhere else is closing soon or fully booked at such short notice.
