Terrible Experience
So disappointing. I’ve had eyelash lifts elsewhere and always had brilliant results. At Elite the treatment had no effect whatsoever. When I asked for a refund because the treatment hadn’t worked (and the therapist that saw me agreed) management said they had pictures from beneath my eyes showing “dramatic results” and would not give me any money back. That’s £50 gone (I paid £50 because I booked on Treatwell even though their website advertises the same treatment as only £30. Very sneaky). Would avoid at all costs. Go somewhere that prioritises customer satisfaction not customer’s cash.
Very enjoyable experience as it was first time having the lash lift would definitely recommend
