Great atmsophere, the clinic was very clean and inviting. Sasha was very friendly and imformative about the treatment and it was virtually pain free! Overall a great experience and will be back again for sure!

Dawes was very professional and I had a relaxing hydra facial. The booking was for 1hour 10mins but finished promptly after 60 mins. I left with a very red chin and nose due to the blackhead removal which was horribly painful, I'm not sure as much force needs to be administered, it was unpleasant and I hoped my skin wasn't damaged (redness was gone next day). As Dawes did each treatment a bit of explanation to each step would be appreciated. Overall it felt good and I had a good experience.

I have been to most eyebrow threading places in Balham now and this has been my favourite. Half the price of some of the others too. Thanks Dawes I will be back!
