I have no complaint with the threading but I do with the lady at the till who was speaking about me in her native language and basically said I looked mad ie 'pagal'. She then laughed with the therapist. It's sad, I do understand Hindi and you shouldn't be speaking in a different language when customers are around. I won't be going back! Very upsetting and I did wonder should I write a review but I hope you will improve service after this!
