Unfortunately after such a good experience, the gel removal by another employee was awful. Think she needs retraining.
You're meant to let acetone pads soak on nail for 10 mins...the pads were barely wet and she removed them after 1 minute. She then really scraped my nails and kept buffing them, took off so many layers of enamel, that my nail bed started to hurt.
My nails are now so weak they splitting. I've always had strong nails. And I still have gel polish on my nails.
