Nothing as I asked for (I’ve asked for a cold tone toner but I have left with bright yellow hair ) , but the lady was lovely. I’ve sit in silence for 3,5h, communicating with a customer was poor and I was only one person siting.

I’ve got over the shoulder thin hair and asked for split ends to be cut and some layering added based on a picture. Got a great no frills quick cut which I’m very happy with. Blow dry took longer than the cut and gave me a nice polished and wavy look. I’m a happy customer!
