I recently had to get my long hair cut short because it started falling out due to health issues, which I was absolutely devastated about. However, from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and reassured, and the cut I ended up with was absolutely amazing - something I've rarely experienced as my hair has always been fine and wavy. The whole experience was fantastic and I'll be back in the new year for a trim and hopefully some highlights!
