I recently had to get my long hair cut short because it started falling out due to health issues, which I was absolutely devastated about.
However, from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and reassured, and the cut I ended up with was absolutely amazing - something I've rarely experienced as my hair has always been fine and wavy. The whole experience was fantastic and I'll be back in the new year for a trim and hopefully some highlights!

Nothing as I asked for (I’ve asked for a cold tone toner but I have left with bright yellow hair ) , but the lady was lovely. I’ve sit in silence for 3,5h, communicating with a customer was poor and I was only one person siting.
