I booked here as I remember when I attended a few years ago I given a great haircut.
This time, whilst the cut and blow dry was good, I was very unhappy my appointment started half an hour late - no apology was given. I felt like they didn't care about my custom and had a complete lack of regard for the fact I was left waiting.
When it came to pay, I asked if there was a discount due to the delay, £3.60 was knocked off the bill. Won't be returning or recommending to others.
