Had my appointment at 13:40, arrived 10 minutes early wasn’t seen till 10 past. Not offered an apology or drink, then started to do my eyebrows explained I wanted them dark and also that I had to leave at 14:30... then she took the tint off they were still blonde, rushed the threading and now I have uneven eyebrows. And I paid £8 for the luxury when I was booked in for HD brows... no HD products insight basically just an expensive tint and thread.
