This is the only place I have ever been to that charges 15 pounds for SNS removal - what a rip off! I booked online and did not select "Take Off Only" as part of my service - as I was not getting Take Off "Only", I was also having an SNS manicure. I was asked to transfer them 15 pounds AFTER they had already completed the service. Note for next time (which there wont be) - tell me beforehand that there is a mistake in the price so I can go elsewhere.
