He was actually quite rough with my pedicure and manicure. I haven’t had the best experience here. The lady that sits at the front is lovely but my nails don’t always look great on my hands. I was really disappointed to be shouted at and chased down the street like I had stolen something because they forgot to mention it was an extra £5 for French tips. It was completely uncalled for.

Terrible 2nd visit, I am not sure the male technician (Tony) understands how to do the gel nails properly. He applied the gel way too thick and successfully turned my full set of nice flat nails into claws , I wish I can post photos on here so you all know what I mean. Avoid him!
