Anh is truly a trained professional with expert knowledge, the care and precision applied during my hair removal appointment was fantastic. It helps that she made me feel well informed, asked if I had any questions and talked me through the process whilst making me feel comfortable and it is obvious she is really skilled as well as being welcoming and friendly. It is evident that the equipment used is very high quality, I felt zero pain but I can see my appointments paying off and it well recommended to visit and have hair removal here.
The place was immaculate and so clean which is also a big yes for me. I'm looking forward
to paying more visits and becoming less hair~ care free!

I have only had one treatment so far but was very happy with how welcome I felt and how comfortable I was. Before going I was in two minds whether to cancel my appointment as I am a very nervous person and was scared about how painful it was going to be. I did feel a mild discomfort but I was talking and laughing with the clinician all the way through the treatment so it couldnt have been that bad. I Can already see a difference - cant wait to see the finished results
