The first time I came to get acrylics was with tony - I absolutely fell in love with them, no issues. I decided to come here again but with Alex. A lovely guy but his experience was not shown through my £40 nails as he stacked the powder on top of my nails which was wayy more than necessary - spending at least 45 minutes on filing it down. I needed them short as I work but he said no 3 times and “they wont look nice short” After 2 days I’m getting them removed. Very thick and uneven. 😔

Do not stick to time slots even when you are sitting there on time and waiting for your selected technician to finish their current job.
On several occasions one particular staff member whose name I can’t recall has intentionally put a walk-in customer ahead of me whilst I have a booking, stating that they have somewhere to be, Not considering that I have booked a specific time slot and also have somewhere to be. If you mention this she will try to justify her actions in front of the whole shop
