Pedicure felt rushed, massage was feeble, it didn't feel like a spa pedicure. Initially, thought the therapist had at least done a good job on nail polish, however after a day or two noticed that the polish is lumpy and quite messy.

The treatment felt quite perfunctory, with no foot or leg massage included, and the exfoliation was minimal to the point of feeling a bit careless. Overall it didn’t feel like much attention or care went into it.
