It was disappointing because they don't really understand basic English and can't even follow a nail design (very basic one) from a picture.
Also the waiting time is ridiculous. I had a booking at 3.30 and I was seen by 4.15. The one who made my nails worked like he is in a rush, not paying attention to details.
I hope they are going to improve their service in the future.
