I waited for 65 minutes, they charged an extra of 5£, and the service was terrible. I do not recommend.

I waited over 30 minutes whilst the nail tech was completing her families nails😳. Even though my appointment was pre booked ?? The worker was basically having a party/ catch up session with her family… The nail shop was very chaotic I prefer being a peaceful relaxation environment when getting a treatment not being surrounded by loud kids and adults talking loudly/shouting etc… The nail tech did an ok job just not sure why I had to wait when I had a scheduled appointment.. I will book elsewher
