The guy was on FaceTime whilst doing my nails, he was rough with my hands and didn’t even make me wash my hands when I got there - though he was nice I was not satisfied with my nails. I recently when to get them done somewhere else and they just told me that my pinky looked like it has an infection - so now I will have to go to the doctor.

This place has horrible hygiene. The pictures on the Internet do not represent what it looks like. Bad hygiene with equipment. I had to wait 50 minutes until I was seen and my friend had to wait 1hr 15. Staff were not helpful and accommodating. On Treatwell they show they have more than 1 staff available but they don’t. Awful customer service and my pedicure was rushed - paint on my skin and were nails filed on a slant. Don’t recommend this place, save your money! False advertisement!

Not very good, unfortunately. The process of getting my nails done was good but my shellac polish started chipping from day one, I haven’t had them on a week and already need to get them re-done as they look awful Quite disappointing as I got them done for a trip away so wanted the longevity of shellac nails. Also they were a bit rough with pushing back my cuticles which left a bleeding cut on both my thumbs that kept. Disappointing as it’s a nice venue but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
