It was disappointing because they don't really understand basic English and can't even follow a nail design (very basic one) from a picture.
Also the waiting time is ridiculous. I had a booking at 3.30 and I was seen by 4.15. The one who made my nails worked like he is in a rush, not paying attention to details.
I hope they are going to improve their service in the future.

Thank God I have found this nail bar. Shyann is so professional and she knows what she is doing. I had a shellac pedicure and am so happy with the results, with moderate prices. ELITE NAILS never close down . Wonderful service! Keep it up.

The best nail salon I've been too and will only come here now. The salon is beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and do an amazing job. Can't wait to come back
