The table and equipment was unclean. I had a number of problems with my nails that weren't addressed (too long, left with sharp edges, and too much glue used so lots of blobs sticking out underneath). It took almost double the amount of time an appointment normally does. The gel was also filed down too much so it was too thin and 2 nails broke off within 2 days. Contacted about the issue requesting a refund 3 days ago but have had no resolution. Had to redo the nails myself.
