I booked for acrylic removal. The appointment was at 12:30 and should have ended at 13:00. I was seen to by a new lady and I didn’t leave until 14:00!
The new lady took her was unsure and took her time and finally started to make progress but filed so much that the natural nails were destroyed.
Belinda had to come to the rescue tidy up as best she could, but the damage had already been done to the nails with chucks of my natural nails filed away, so much that the nail is now red raw.

They had no towels for 2 days and did not notify me in advance of my treatment which required towels. Unacceptable.
