My daughter had her nails done here last week but for some reason they didn't bond properly and so started to fall off after a week :-(.
I contacted the salon and straight away to highlight the issue and they advised to come in and have then fixed at no additional cost.
The job TJ did today was excellent, really good quality extensions and great attention to detail.
Great customer service and response to an issue that was flgged to them. Would definitely come back again in the future !!

The nail techs are great but the management of the place is dire. They cancelled my appointment due to personal circumstances which I understand. However when I asked if they could make me another appointment they just referred me to Treatwell and wished me luck. Asked if they could refund me and was asked if I could go in and collect the cash! Terrible
