Only criticism is that the on line booking system isn’t very clear, this has an impact on timings if you don’t book the right treatment. It would appear that not enough time is allocated against each treatment. So make sure you allow time for an over run.
TJ was great, really friendly and confident. Unfortunately there was an issue with my booking, I booked a time approx. 3 weeks before, 4 days before I received an email changing the time, which was fine I rearranged my day. On the morning I received a call from the owner saying I had changed the time and that I’d booked a time when the salon was closing. After a discussion about what happened the salon owner apologised, she didn’t know why this had occurred. I’m worried this might happen again.
