TJ was great, really friendly and confident. Unfortunately there was an issue with my booking, I booked a time approx. 3 weeks before, 4 days before I received an email changing the time, which was fine I rearranged my day. On the morning I received a call from the owner saying I had changed the time and that I’d booked a time when the salon was closing. After a discussion about what happened the salon owner apologised, she didn’t know why this had occurred. I’m worried this might happen again.
Gel overlay left my nails looking flat, the shape looks different on every nail and nothing done with cuticles. Luxury pedicure? Aren’t feet usually soaked before nails are trimmed? The jets weren’t working. Cuticles weren’t done, there was mask stain on my feet still when I got home. I had to shower and pumice my feet as they were almost rougher then when I went in and there was no massage or anything. What is difference between luxury and basic apart from time? Don’t pay the extra!
